Job Description
* Provide legal advice on property-related matters, including leases, acquisitions, and licences.
* Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements in line with company standards.
* Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations within the technology and telecoms sector.
* Offer legal support for property disputes and liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.
* Assist with due diligence processes for property acquisitions or divestment's.
* Identify and mitigate legal risks related to property transactions.
* Support internal teams with legal guidance on property-related projects and initiatives.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all property-related legal activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel - Property should have:
* UK Qualified with a minimum of 2/3 years PQE
* Experience in property law, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry.
* Proven ability to draft and negotiate legal agreements with precision.
* A strong understanding of property compliance and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing legal risks and responsibilities.
