The Paint Polisher role sits within the Operations & Logistics team and has primary responsibility for the painting and refinishing of commercial automotive parts using HVLP equipment. Key Activities Rectifying paint on parts using machine-operated polishers and hand-polishing techniques as required. Preparing surfaces and rectifying paint defects such as inclusions, orange peel, or other contaminants, ensuring a flawless finish. Following defined processes while proactively suggesting improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Performing paint thickness measurements and ensuring all finishes meet conformity requirements. Collaborating with the paint department to rectify issues and improve output quality.
