Gold Education Recruitment are currently recruiting for a History Teacher to support a Braintree based School.
The School is seeking to appoint a passionate, inspiring, and enthusiastic History teacher to join a thriving Humanities department.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team of experienced colleagues and will be expected to teach History A-level to highly able and motivated students and general Humanities to Key stage 3. They will promote the best possible pedagogy in the classroom to maximise student attainment and engage fully in wider School life

As a member of the Gold Education team your Key Responsibilities will be:
* Teach History to students of various abilities and year groups.
* Teach Humanities to a cohort of strong, passionate A-level students.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as required.
* Collaborate with other staff members to support students' overall development and wellbeing.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The ideal History Teacher must have:
* Qualified Teacher Status with a recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching in UK schools
* A passion for teaching and making a difference to children as well as creating a positive impact whilst working in our schools
* Able to adapt well to different schools by being flexible and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
