We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team and help power our marketing activity across retailers, distributors, and internal teams. This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days are the same – perfect for someone who thrives on variety, collaboration, and making things happen.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be at the heart of delivering impactful marketing activity, bringing campaigns to life by supporting distributor and retailer requests – from briefing and creating assets to final delivery.
You’ll help create memorable experiences, assisting with planning and delivering events in the UK and internationally (both virtual and in‑person).
You’ll keep the marketing engine running smoothly, dealing with all types of marketing enquiries and supporting requests.
You’ll share and collaborate internally and externally to progress and action projects.
You’ll help track success by gathering data, feedback and insights for reports.
You’ll improve activations by sourcing POS, fixtures and branded materials as well as researching fresh ideas for campaigns and merchandise.
You’ll help share knowledge and drive education by maintaining training platforms and ensuring content reaches the right audiences.
You’ll support communications by implementing engaging email campaigns and newsletters.
You’ll keep marketing assets organised and systems up to date.
What We’re Looking For
* A proactive, detail‑oriented team player
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
* A creative eye and willingness to get hands‑on with marketing tools
* Confidence using systems like Excel (experience with design tools such as Canva and Illustrator is a bonus!)
* A positive, can‑do attitude and passion for delivering great work
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) ideally in marketing, business, communications or a related field
* Some experience in a marketing role would be valuable
