Benefits: Competitive salary plus bonus 25 days holiday Private medical cover Responsibilities: Act as a first point of contact for candidates Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and colleagues Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to queries Advertise vacancies across systems, job boards and social channels Coordinate interviews and manage diaries Gather feedback and keep records accurate and up to date Assist with offer letters and contracts Work closely with the people team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Suggest practical process improvements Support projects that help the team work more effectivelySkills Required: Strong organisation skills and attention to detail Clear and confident communication Confidence using systems and learning new tools quickly A collaborative mindset and a proactive, positive attitude Experience coordinating interviews, schedules or multiple stakeholders Comfortable working with trackers and systems, including Excel An interest in recruitment, HR or people-focused work Previous recruitment or HR experience is beneficial
