Support and guide students to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. Work collaboratively with colleagues, employers, and industry partners to ensure the curriculum meets current and future skills needs. Participate in course development, assessment, and quality assurance. Promote an inclusive and safe learning environment where every learner feels valued. What we’re looking for: A relevant engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (essential). A teaching qualification (Cert Ed or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one. Strong industry experience in fabrication and welding. Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. A commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding. Desirable: Specialist welding qualification or coding. Experience teaching or training in a further education or professional setting.
