Our client, a leading global IT consulting company, is recruiting for a Project Assistant/Coordinator to join their business in theUK.
Responsibilities:
1. You will work for the UK Enterprise Team, and support the business E2E from pre-sales to post-sales.
2. You will be responsible for organizing/recording opportunities, orders, revenues and invoices trackers, to ensure all deliveries landed successfully.
3. Work with Channels and Distributors for sales and delivery.
4. Work with various internal functional teams and systems on applications, e-flow approvals and self-auditing.
5. You will work with lots of data and this job requires mastery in Microsoft Excel.
6. This job is a great opportunity for understanding how a business runs from end to end.
7. Responsible for Sales Tracker data update and maintenance
8. Assisting in quotation preparation
9. Assisting in channel partners management
10. Assisting in delivery and invoices management
11. Assisting in contract change management
12. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
13. Ad hoc documentation work
Requirements:
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Essential)
15. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
16. Prefer (not a must) Bachelor degree on Accounting finance / Project management
17. Positive attitude to work in high pressure project environment
18. Professional English and Chinese language
