Position: Project Officer - Skills & Employment Contract Type: Temporary (3 months) Hourly Rate: £20.12 PAYE or £26.65 UMBRELLA Working Pattern: Full Time Location: South London (Hybrid Role) Remote with in person events across South London (>1 per week) About Us: Join a dynamic cross-party partnership focused on enhancing skills and employment across six boroughs in South London. Our collaborative team works closely with local leaders, businesses, and community organisations to drive impactful initiatives that empower residents and foster community growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering projects related to devolved funding for employment and skills. Manage discrete projects across the South London Partnership boroughs. Engage with young people (ages 18-24) to identify barriers to employment and skills access. Coordinate with stakeholders to develop pathways for youth employment support. organise and facilitate communication strategies to ensure easy access to information for residents and employers. Conduct data analysis and report writing to support ongoing projects. Who We're Looking For: A proactive individual with strong project management skills. Excellent communicator with experience in stakeholder engagement. Knowledgeable in the employment and skills sector. Experience in event coordination and training delivery.
