Assistant General Manager
to help lead our vibrant Parks and Cafés across Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and have a flair for innovation, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations across multiple sites
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold Brew Social brand standards
* Lead and develop a passionate team, managing rotas, recruitment, and training
* Drive commercial performance through local sales and marketing initiatives
* Monitor food and labour costs, ensuring efficient and effective resource use
* Engage with key stakeholders and the local community to build strong relationships
* Champion new ideas and continuous improvement across all cafés
What We're Looking For
* Experience in catering or hospitality management
* A people-focused leader with strong communication and organisational skills
* Financially aware and confident using IT systems
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent, plus Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
* A self-starter with energy, creativity, and a desire to make a difference
* Desirable: Experience managing multiple sites and knowledge of food production
