If you join us, you can play your part as a Fleet Compliance Officer based in Bristol, supporting a critical fleet compliance function for our defence customers. As a Fleet Compliance Officer, you will support the validation and management of legal and compliance data to help ensure customer-operated vehicles are safe, road‑legal and fully compliant.
Responsibilities
* Validate vehicle, legal and compliance data using the Clarity Manager IT system.
* Review information from multiple data sources, including lease providers and external databases such as the DVLA and VOSA.
* Apply a structured matrix of checks to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Support the identification and resolution of data discrepancies, escalating issues where required.
* Work closely with the SMRI Team Leader and wider fleet management colleagues to maintain high compliance standards.
Essential Experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
* Experience in fleet management or a related transport environment.
* Knowledge of the transport industry and vehicle compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
* Must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
