Whether you're out on estates, solving problems, or helping shape future housing strategies, your work will have a lasting impact. You will play a crucial role in various technical projects and administrative tasks, including handling Right to Buy Applications, Shared Ownership Enquiries, and Tenancy Administration. This role offers exposure to a variety of tasks and requires the drive and commitment to help with the continued transformation of our successful Housing Service.
What we are looking for:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of office administration
* Proven ability to make decisions and take responsibility for actions
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
* Accuracy and attention to detail, especially when working to tight deadlines
