As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Responsibilities include providing great service on the tills and shop floor, re-stocking shelves, and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries, promoting Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Support your colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Ensure the store is safe and legal by keeping shelves stocked, and checking prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues to learn together.
* Support your local community by participating in activities and events.
