Administrator - scaffolding and access division

Overview ​ Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with strong administrative skills? We’re looking for a full time (39 hours) pro-active administrator to support our Scaffolding and Access Division, ensuring smooth operations across compliance, training, customer service, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities ​ Vehicle compliance and maintenance - oversee vehicle records, service schedules, and repairs. Timesheets and invoicing - process timesheets and manage invoicing efficiently. Training co-ordination - organise and track training programs, maintain training logs, and ensure compliance. Health and safety compliance - support health and safety procedures, documentation, and compliance tracking. Assist with safety audits - support and facilitate audits, ensuring records are up to date. Onboarding support - assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed. Site visit documentation - maintain accurate records and documentation of site visits. Customer service and client relations - schedule appointments, handle enquiries, and follow up on client satisfaction. Digital filing and record management - maintain an organised and accessible digital filing system. Liaison and communication - act as the central point of contact between teams, clients, and suppliers. Senior management support - provide administrative assistance to senior management as needed. ​ What We're Looking For ​ Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Experience in an administrative or secretarial role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of vehicle compliance and Health and Safety regulations (preferred.)
