Excellent communication and influencing skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration across IT, engineering, and security teams are critical. You should be skilled in structured problem-solving, managing risk, driving change, and delivering complex projects at speed. An advanced understanding of risk mitigation and the ability to embed organizational change to support continuous improvement is necessary. Responsibilities: As the Head of IT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our IT function aligns seamlessly with our mission and vision. Your responsibilities will include defining and evolving the IT strategy and roadmap in collaboration with senior stakeholders, creating operational plans and setting SMART OKRs that reflect business priorities.
