POSITION SUMMARY
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for proactively sourcing, qualifying and managing candidates through the selection process in order to successfully recruit C-Suite executives looking to do meaningful work as a Vistage Executive Coach. Our Coaches (Vistage Chairs) are a distinguished group of accomplished business leaders who have led organisations in a wide range of industries. Some have owned businesses, many have been CEOs of domestic and international companies, and all are united by a desire to share their insight and expertise to guide other business leaders on their path to personal and professional excellence through executive business coaching.

RESPONSIBILITIES
5. Continuously qualifying a volume of net new outreach along with current candidate nurture to ensure a consistent healthy pipeline of candidates.
6. Inspire candidates by educating them on the Vistage Executive Coaching practice and our purpose-driven work.
7. Perform behavioural and performance-based interviews via phone and video with C-level candidates
8. Manage the day-to-day details of the Executive Coach selection process and positively interface with candidates throughout the process.
9. Represent Vistage to our candidates and community with authenticity and enthusiasm.
10. Extend offers/agreements verbally and electronically and follow up on all details including assessments, contracts, payments, background checks, and attendance to our world class Academy.
11. Maintain regular tracking of candidates in the pipeline to ensure that we have the data and information that we need to predict our success.
12. Prepare and organise assessment centre packs ahead of assessment centre days and ensure a business environment is maintained throughout the assessment day
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
13. Good experience in recruiting for a variety of senior positions across different business disciplines a successful track record of selection and/or sales best practices including sourcing, recruiting, qualifying, and closing of candidates.
14. Be a natural born connector with a passion for people.
15. Ability to understand and convey opportunity complexity in a polished and professional manner and to capture the attention of busy, C-level candidates. Strong communication skills (verbal/written) and the ability to tell a compelling story to win top talent.
16. Stellar candidate management and negotiation skills.
17. Experience with influencing executives throughout the recruiting or sales cycle.
18. Tenacity, tact, self-assurance, grit, ability to think on one's feet and to know when to apply more pressure and when to give in.
19. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, and adapt quickly to changes.
20. Ability to develop strong rapport with candidates, internal employees and partners.
21. Experience working with Salesforce and/or other tracking systems.
22. Highly organised and possess a thorough understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter, intricate Boolean searches, jobsites, and internal database searching skills.

Hybrid structure; 2 days onsite, 3 days working from home.
