What You'll Be Doing As our Light Commercial Vehicle Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our workshop. Your role includes:
* Carrying out full servicing, maintenance, and repairs on LCVs and vans.
* Using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and fix mechanical and electrical faults.
* Performing safety-critical inspections on braking systems, transmissions, and suspension.
* Ensuring every job meets high quality, safety, and MOT compliance standards.
* Keeping accurate service records and helping to mentor apprentice technicians.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Proven track record as an LCV Technician, Van Mechanic, or Light Commercial Vehicle Fitter.
* Skills: Strong mechanical knowledge and a pro with electronic diagnostic tools.
* Licence: Full UK driving licence.
* Reliability: A motivated professional who takes pride in high standards of workmanship.
* Teamwork: Capable of working independently and as part of a busy workshop team.
