Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to health and safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Maintaining quality, speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed cleanliness and comfort expectations
* Reporting near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
* Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when instructed
