Cover Supervisor – Flexible Role
Location: Secondary Schools in Redditch
Pay: £90 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for reliable, proactive, and experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team on a flexible basis.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
1. Supervise a class of 30–32 students during teacher absences
2. Ensure students stay on task with pre-prepared work
3. Take attendance and report any absences
4. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, tidy learning environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
5. ✅ 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
6. ✅ Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
7. ✅ A basic understanding of the National Curriculum
8. ✅ Confidence to manage a classroom independently
9. ✅ Passion for education and supporting young people
10. ✅ Flexibility to cover a range of subjects
11. ✅ Availability to work school hours (approx. 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
