YOUR JOB
As a Sales Executive you will make outbound calls to warm leads, establish customer needs, and help customers choose the best plan. You will focus on building relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering integrity‑based customer service.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to drive earnings and career growth.
* Develop strong relationships by understanding healthcare needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Master a global portfolio of health insurance products and navigate regulatory requirements.
* Work alongside a dynamic sales team to achieve shared success.
* Use Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline and track progress.
* Sell with integrity, building trust with every customer interaction.
* Keep accurate records and files to ensure smooth operations.
* Take on ad‑hoc tasks to contribute to overall business success.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED
* Experience in outbound telesales, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
* Autonomous and collaborative team player.
* Strong deal‑making and customer expectation exceeding skills.
* Empathy and efficiency in identifying and addressing customer needs.
* Articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
* Informed decision‑making ability.
* Effective task prioritization and workflow management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
* Adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards (FSMA).
