This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong Tekla Structures experience to join a high-performing draughting team at the forefront of off-site and modular construction. Our client specialises in light gauge steel, cold-formed steel, and off-site construction solutions. With a rapidly expanding pipeline of projects, they are now seeking a Tekla Detailer who can contribute to the delivery of accurate, coordinated, and buildable models and drawings. Key Responsibilities: The successful Tekla Detailer will be responsible for: Develop detailed 2D and 3D models using Tekla Structures software. Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to produce coordinated fabrication drawings. Work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure technical accuracy and constructability. Maintain drawing quality and consistency in line with internal standards and industry best practices. Manage and track revisions, documenting all changes to project drawings and models. Support internal team members on best practices and use of Tekla for structural detailing. Organise and maintain clear drawing records and documentation. Required Skills & Experience: The successful Tekla Detailer will have: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Tekla detailing or draughting role. High proficiency with Tekla Structures (Tekla 2020 or newer preferred). Strong understanding of cold-rolled steel and light gauge framing systems. Previous exposure to off-site manufacturing or modular construction projects. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications. Familiarity with infill wall systems is a significant advantage.
