We require a Cleaner to start on the 05/08/2025 to work in Chesterfield. This contract is working 2-3 days a week which will increase to 5 days a week after a month.
The working hours are 8am - 4:30pm OR 9:30am - 2:30pm. The working days are decided by management on a week to week basis, but this will be Monday to Friday.
Main Duties
* Deep cleaning void properties to be re-let again to tenants
* Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors
* Removing any rubbish/dirt within a property
* Cleaning products will be provided but these will need to be collected
Benefits
* £13.50 Per Hour PAYE plus Holiday Pay at 12.07%
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Cleaner
* Own Transport
* Must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before
