Key tasks and responsibilities Monthly Stock Reconciliation Payment Runs Wages Weekly payments Wages Dashboard Month End Payment Runs Accruals – Supplier, water & electric Bank reconciliations Payment transfers between accounts to manage balances Daily bank submissions and month end reconciliations Monitoring payments email daily Same day / urgent payment requests Petty cash Support system developments Maintenance of accounting system Qualifications and experience AAT qualified, studying towards or equivalent experience. Strong Excel & reporting capabilities. Good knowledge of accounting systems Proactive and organised approach with a problem-solving mentality.
