Location: Located just 15 miles from Oxford, Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell. The property combines a country inn and a modern riverside hotel.
Role
Position: Chef De Partie. You will work as part of a passionate team of chefs and run your own section. The role suits someone with experience in a similar environment.
Responsibilities
* Work with fresh food, turning it into dishes for guests.
* Run your own section of the kitchen as a CDP.
* Maintain allergen training and food safety; keep labelling up to date.
* Maintain a clean kitchen; everybody helps keep it clean.
* Share knowledge with junior chefs and apprentices.
* Support fair rotas and work-life balance; flexibility required.
Requirements
* Experience as a chef in a similar environment.
* Willing to keep up to date with allergen training.
* Strong knife skills; ability to work as part of a team.
