MPA are currently recruiting a Temporary Ongoing Kitchen Assistant, required for work in nursing homes, residential and supported living settings in the Derry/Londonderry area. Hours of work are 9am-5pm / 8am-7pm.
Job Duties:
* Assist in the preparation of excellent quality meals within the setting.
* Prepare dining areas to create a safe environment.
* Maintain a clean hazard free kitchen and dining area in order to minimise risks in accordance with Health and Safety.
* Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
* General Cleaning Duties.
Job Requirements:
* Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 Certificate.
* Flexible Attitude to Work Hours.
* Willing to undergo Access NI clearance (police check).
* Experience in a kitchen would be desirable.
