Salary: Paid in line with MPS/UPS (£33,731 - £51,942)
We are delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and energetic Boys’ PE Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Newport. The Role
* Deliver engaging and motivating PE lessons across KS3 Boys’ classes
* Encourage active participation, resilience, and a love of physical education
* Take on the role of form tutor, supporting students’ pastoral development
* Work collaboratively within a supportive department and whole-school team
* Inspire pupils to achieve both inside and outside the classroom, including through extracurricular opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* QTS/QTLS (or equivalent) with a specialism in Physical Education
* Experience teaching PE at KS3 (KS4 experience desirable)
* A teacher with energy, enthusiasm, and excellent classroom management
* Someone who can create a positive learning environment where pupils thrive
* Commitment to supporting whole-school life, including pastoral and extracurricular activities
