This role leads brand, content, campaign and event strategy execution, providing direction and oversight to specialist managers across these areas. Working closely with marcomms and business development leadership, the role ensures integrated planning, high quality delivery and alignment to firmwide growth priorities.
Hybrid working – 2 days in office, 3 from home

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop managers across brand, content and events, fostering a collaborative, high performing team.
* Provide strategic direction and frameworks to enable consistent, high quality delivery.
* Drive integration across business development, marcomms and senior stakeholders.
* Manage evolution of the brand strategy, positioning framework, messaging and visual and verbal identity.
* Oversee visual identity and ensure consistent application across the organisation.
* Develop and activate brand partnerships, sponsorships and wider brand initiatives.
* Support campaign prioritisation and shape clear, compelling campaign themes and narratives.
* Ensure campaigns are insight-led, commercially aligned and integrated across channels.
* Define and oversee the content strategy and editorial agenda.
* Provide strategic oversight of tier 1 events, ensuring alignment to brand and campaign objectives.
* Maintain oversight of output across brand, content, campaigns and events, ensuring high standards.
* Use data and insight to assess performance and optimise future activity.
Skills & Experience
* Experience leading brand strategy within a professional services or similar environment.
* Track record managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams across brand, content and events.
* Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate priorities into clear plans.
* Excellent editorial judgement and experience shaping content and thought leadership.
* Proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
* Experience working in matrix or partnership structures.
* Highly organised with strong planning and delivery capability.
* Collaborative leadership style with a focus on quality and consistency.
