Digital Analyst

Hyra is working on behalf of Adria Solutions Ltd to hire for the position of Digital Analyst. This role focuses on delivering digital acquisition and performance reporting across web and app channels to support data-driven decision making. You will combine hands-on tracking implementation with insight-led analysis to optimize digital journeys and improve conversion rates.
What you'll be doing
• Own digital marketing reporting across web and app channels
• Track performance using GA4 and AppsFlyer while maintaining tracking via GTM
• Build automated dashboards in Power BI and present insights to stakeholders
• Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital journeys
• Monitor competitors and digital banking trends to identify growth opportunities
What we're looking for
• Strong experience with GA4, GTM, and app attribution tools
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights
• Proficiency in building automated dashboards and reporting suites
• Experience in FinTech, digital banking, or subscription products
• Must have the right to work in the UK
