Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
* Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document preparation and communication
* Handle basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks when required
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles being highly desirable
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication
* Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
* Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not mandatory
