Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team in the UK. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and understanding their business objectives.
2. Client Needs Assessment: Identify client needs and requirements and collaborate with our technical teams to tailor IT solutions that align with client goals.
3. Account Management: Manage client accounts, contracts, and service agreements. Ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with contractual obligations.
4. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively. Work closely with internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
5. Client Satisfaction: Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to enhance their experience. Seek feedback and implement improvements.
6. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or solutions to clients based on their evolving needs.
7. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. Use this knowledge to provide strategic guidance to clients.
