Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving Sales and providing exceptional customer service while representing our brand in the field. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to managing time effectively and staying organised in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and follow-ups.
* Conduct negotiations to close sales deals and achieve targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Sales department to strategise on market penetration and growth opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using IT tools.
* Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Manage your time effectively to maximise productivity while travelling to client locations.
Skills
* Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both the company and clients.
* Valid driving licence with the ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
* Experience in Field sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales management and reporting.
* Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively within a busy schedule.
