My client is keen to find a talented HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing team. This 12-month contract role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment where your expertise and passion for people management will be recognised and appreciated.
This is a full time opportunity, however, reduced hours would be considered over 4 days for the right candidate.
The role will require you to work in the office predominantly, with some flexibility if required.

Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with managers to provide strategic HR support and drive employee engagement
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and data management
Embrace the challenge of navigating complex employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism
Preferred Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of employment law and the ability to navigate complex ER cases with tact and diplomacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Proficient in HR systems and data management, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Passionate about employee engagement and driving positive change within an organisation
Preferred Qualifications: CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR qualification
Experience in the manufacturing or production sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's HR challenges
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
