Typical Shifts are: Monday - Sunday Early 7am-2.15pm; Late 2.15pm – 9:30pm. Long days also available.

Role summary and responsibilities
We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you’ll help people gain more independence in daily life, within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. The nursing service in Chippenham provides a welcoming and friendly environment with varied days. You’ll be enhancing lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, socialising and participating in activities. Activities may include shopping in the local community, walks, outings to garden centres, visits to hydro pools, or other engaging experiences. You’ll aim to help individuals meet goals such as cooking dinner independently or going on holiday.
