Responsibilities
* Focus on professional building surveying instructions (LTA’s, dilapidations, RCA’s, contract administration) across industrial, office, retail and residential sectors.
* Act as project lead, managing all stages of the dilapidations process including client care, site surveys, fee proposals, invoicing, and negotiations.
* Manage a portfolio of existing, lucrative client accounts.
* Develop and mentor junior surveyors such as graduates or apprentices, supporting their APC progression.
* Collaborate with senior team and directors to deliver client growth plans and service growth goals.
* Provide exceptional client care and work efficiently with internal teams.
Profile & Qualifications
* MRICS qualification.
* Experience in dilapidations and related negotiations.
* Ability to own and lead projects from start to finish, or a willingness to learn project management.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and keen to progress within the commercial real estate sector.
* Experience working with land‑owners, landlords, tenants, or developers.
* Excellent presenting, communication, and report‑writing skills.
* Background in commercial real estate sectors such as office, industrial, hospitality, retail.
