SAP Business Analyst – Production Planning & Quality

We’re working with a large, well-established manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Production Planning and Quality processes.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll support operational teams, resolve SAP issues, and drive continuous improvement across SAP PP and Quality solutions in a complex manufacturing environment.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work closely with operations, IT and SAP project teams, with responsibilities including:
* Resolving SAP PP / Quality queries via helpdesk tickets
* Supporting and training SAP key users across the business
* Driving continuous improvement through SAP changes, enhancements and mini-projects
* Supporting SAP project delivery, including testing, training and data migration
* Expanding and optimising business use of SAP to improve operational outcomes
* Organising and conducting internal audits and system health checks
* Supporting business process development, including process mapping and fit-gap analysis
This role will suit you if:
* You have strong hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning, ideally with exposure to Quality
* You’ve supported SAP users in an operations-led manufacturing environment (Production, Materials, Manufacturing Engineering or Quality)
* You understand end-to-end manufacturing business processes and how SAP supports them
* You can translate business requirements into clear, deliverable SAP solutions
* You’re experienced in functional design, testing, training delivery and go-live support
* You’re customer-focused, analytical, and confident building relationships across the business
* You’ve worked within a multinational SAP landscape
Location & working pattern
This role is fully onsite, 5 days per week in Staffordshire
