Following successful access to CHC frameworks, the business is moving into Supported Living developments with investment already secured for clustered bungalows across Hertfordshire. Ignis Solutions have been exclusively retained to identify a Registered Manager capable of leading this transformation. You’ll take a stable, compliant home care service and realign it for 2026 expanding into Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Physical Disabilities, and Sensory Impairment care models. The Role You’ll lead operational delivery and drive service expansion, balancing quality assurance with commercial awareness. This role requires someone who can think clinically, act strategically, and execute operationally.
