Do you want to work at one of the most ambitious learning organisations in Wales?
Do you want to be part of a learning community where, in everything we do:
1. We grow thriving, successful learners;
2. We lead our people to excellence; and
3. We change our community and country for the better?
Are you an enthusiastic, creative, and passionate teacher who is ready to make a difference? If so, our federation would love to hear from you.
We are seeking motivated and inspiring primary classroom teachers who will nurture curiosity, foster independence, and bring learning to life across the primary age range. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a strong interest, experience, or background in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics), who can inspire creativity, problem‑solving, and innovation through engaging and purposeful learning experiences. Equally, we are strongly committed to anti-racist practice and to making our two schools beacons for diversity and inclusion in the heart of our community. This is a central part of our work and learning, both through our work with Diversity & Anti-Racism Professional Learning (DARPL) and our own cluster community anti-racism project.
Our Federation is unique in Wales. We aim for:
4. the highest levels of achievement for our learners;
5. the best possible wellbeing and professional learning for our colleagues; and
6. the most effective family and community engagement for our schools at the heart of our community.
We are a forward‑thinking organisation, where creativity, innovation, and high‑quality STEAM learning are integral to providing rich, inclusive, and meaningful learning opportunities for all pupils.
If this is the kind of challenge that excites you, and if you are ready to be empowered to work as a key member of our team, then we very much look forward to hearing from you.
