Job Description
I am currently working with a Mental Health Charity who are recognised globally for the impact they make in improving people's lives. They are currently on the lookout for a Workday HCM Consultant who can help them test their Workday configurations, processes and fully optimise the model.
What you will be doing:
* Act as the subject matter expert in Workday HCM and (ideally) Compensation
* Work closely with the client to understand their requirements to design, build, configure and test the Workday solution
* Play an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
Requirements
* Advanced analytical and functional skills evidenced by playing a role in projects or in a support environment
* Workday HCM and (ideally) Compensation experience.
* Exposure to the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post go-live)
* Exposure to the deployment of HR Systems (Ideally Workday)
* Consultancy experience of HR processes is desirable
* Experience testing Workday model
