Nursery Practitioner/ Early Years Educator
LEVEL 3 - Temp or Temp to Perm options available
The Early Years Educator is responsible for the care and education of children aged 0-5 years old. The role involves planning and delivering activities that are both fun and educational, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in their care.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
* Follow and Implement the EYFS
* Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
* Encourage children to develop their social, emotional, and intellectual skills
* Work as a Key Person
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families
* Complete all required paperwork and reports
Qualifications:
* Level 3 Qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
* Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old
* A passion for early childhood education
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
