We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager Ecommerce in our London office.
What You’ll Do:
1. Manage large and diverse teams across multiple geographies
2. Plan and execute large multi-brand, multi-locale, multilingual, multi-currency eCommerce projects, and enterprise programs.
3. Coordinating with SI (System Integrator) teams and internal teams with excellent business communication skills
4. Liaising with vendor executive management for escalation, issue resolution
5. Analyse and own the risk mitigation plan. Ensure program/project deadlines are met and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
6. Create detailed Project Plans, Project budget estimates, and Project Charters with cross-functional team coordination, and track them till closure.
7. Oversee project documentation, provide review feedback, and strong negotiation skills needed.
8. Conduct project reviews and create detailed status reports for the leadership team.
9. Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach wherever necessary.
10. Track the multiple projects burn every month and present consolidated report to management.
11. Ensure internal training, finance, and audit compliance activities are completed on time and actions are followed up
You’ll Need to Have:
12. 15+ years of IT experience, and 10+ years in Ecommerce domain
13. 5+ years in an enterprise commerce cloud platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce Cloud)
14. Extensive SI and vendor management experience, working with offshore teams
15. Functional knowledge of SFCC modules, Business Manager, and SFCC Cartridges
16. Experience in the end-to-end process of onboarding a new vendor
17. Capability to guide and mentor the project managers in the team, setting their goals, and providing mid-term and annual performance reviews
18. Create detailed status reports and provide project reviews for executive management
19. Review and provide feedback on the vendor's SOWs, CRs
20. Liaise with multiple internal teams including Business, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Security for approvals of Budgets, Project charters, and Business cases
21. Experience in executing multiple projects on the SFCC platform and experience in a large transformation program
22. Experience in handling large Programs involving multiple third-party vendors
23. Very good eCommerce domain knowledge and understanding of the SFCC ecosystem
24. Online tools knowledge such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Tools
25. Experience in Agile/ Scrum development and delivery methodology
26. Capability to bring innovation to the program/project execution, focusing on streamlining the delivery process
