Position: Front of House Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our service team and oversee daily front-of-house operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, committed to high service standards, and skilled in team management and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team, including hosts, wait staff, bartenders, and sommeliers.
* Maintain and elevate service standards to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
* Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
* Coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams for smooth operations.
* Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve excellent performance and team cohesion.
* Assist the General Manager with scheduling, staff management, and cost control.
* Lead by example during peak hours, actively supporting the service team.
Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
* Strong customer service awareness and excellent communication skills.
* Proven leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential.
* Knowledge of restaurant operations, scheduling, and basic financial awareness.
