The Role
This is a hands‑on, varied Marketing Executive role where you’ll play a key part in bringing major property developments to life. From building pre‑launch excitement to delivering full‑scale campaigns, you’ll be involved in every stage of the marketing journey. One day you might be creating email campaigns and social content; the next, coordinating creative assets, updating websites, or supporting sales teams with launch activity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, social, website, WhatsApp and print
* Supporting property launches from concept through to execution
* Managing and updating microsites, landing pages, and websites (WordPress/Squarespace)
* Coordinating with designers and external partners to produce high‑quality campaign assets
* Writing engaging, on‑brand copy across a range of channels
* Working closely with sales teams to drive engagement and interest in new developments
About You
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
* Experience within the property sector essential
* Strong understanding of multi‑channel campaign delivery
* Confident across content creation, social media, and email marketing
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
* Experience with tools such as WordPress, Canva, Adobe, and Google Analytics
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
