The Radiology Department is offering a position for Deputy to Principal Operations Radiographers / Lead General Area. This is a fantastic chance to broaden your skills, take on leadership responsibilities, and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Main duties of the job

* Supervise, assess, and teach staff, students, and visitors, ensuring compliance with policies and professional standards.
* Promote strong interdepartmental relationships and assist in resolving issues.
* Engage in delegated line management tasks such as conducting ‘Return to Work’ interviews, appraisals, and staff assignments.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of IR(ME)R and IRR17 Regulations. It is an ideal stepping stone for those considering future senior roles.
