About the role
• Lead and develop a team of performance analysts to deliver high-quality business intelligence.
• Design and maintain performance dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive accurate planning and forecasting to ensure optimal resourcing and KPI achievement.
• Develop and implement robust data systems and forecasting models.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service outcomes.
• Support ad hoc projects and promote continuous improvement across the Shared Service Centre.
Essential:
• Proven experience in Management Information and Performance Management.
• Strong background in workforce management, demand forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (including PowerPivot and complex formulas).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
