The Role
As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining a variety of PLC controlled automated production machinery which can include Komatsu presses, Kawasaki robotics, Injection moulding machinery + various conveying.
Responsibilities include:
1. Completing planned preventive maintenance
2. Reacting to breakdowns
3. Electrical and mechanical fault finding
4. Undertaking project work which can include upgrade and new machine installation.
5. Achieving kaizen – Toyotas world renowned continuous improvement process.
