This role involves lifting and shifting a suite of business-critical applications to the cloud, including static data platforms, integration layers, and security/authentication components. You'll play a key part in designing, building, and deploying services in Azure, helping to modernise backend systems while ensuring reliability and performance in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the lift-and-shift migration of Java-based applications to Azure Migrate and support services including the broker services portal, static data, integration layers, and authentication modules Ensure secure, scalable deployment using Azure cloud-native tools Build and support systems using PostgreSQL, Java, and Spring Boot Integrate and monitor using observability tools like Datadog and BigPanda Collaborate closely with architects, DevOps, and security teams across the full SDLC Core Skills & Technologies Strong backend development in Java with Spring Boot Cloud migration experience, particularly Azure Lift-and-Shift Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines Exposure to PostgreSQL, authentication/security patterns Monitoring/observability tooling: Datadog, BigPanda Apply now to be considered.
