What Youll Be Responsible For:
Support the day:to:day operation of the building alongside the Building Manager Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests Act as lead on:site contact in the Building Managers absence Support recruitment, training and development of on:site teams Manage compliance documentation, reporting and internal audits Prepare, raise and track purchase orders Support HR processes including investigations, reviews and escalation procedures Coordinate rotas, shift cover, payroll preparation and leave requests Oversee building inspections, housekeeping coordination and maintenance logging Support front desk operations, resident move:ins and move:outs
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in premium customer service environments Strong organisational and leadership capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm, structured and confident under pressure Technologically confident with operational systems Strong attention to detail and process management Adaptable, resilient and proactive mindset Experience supporting teams and operations Administrative confidence (Excel experience beneficial) A genuine passion for service:led residential living
