TeacherActive are delighted to be working with a specialist primary provision in Somerset that provides a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for children with complex needs – including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and communication challenges.
We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Primary Teacher who’s passionate about making education accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for every child. Starting in September 2025, this role, a full time role, offers the potential to become a permanent position for the right person.

What We’re Looking For
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Experience in an SEND or primary school setting
A nurturing, resilient, and child-centred approach
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
The ability to adapt teaching to meet a wide range of needs
