Service Care Solutions is seeking a motivated Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our Social Care Team in Preston.
As an associate recruitment consultant, you will recruit for social care roles such as support workers, care staff, and registered managers across the East Midlands and Northeast London. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to securing placements and supporting temporary staff with timesheets. Building strong relationships with local authorities, charities, and private sector clients is key to success.

* Basic salary of £25,000, with potential to increase to £28,000.
