About the Role
We’re hiring a Director/Head of DTC & Dropshipping eCommerce Operations to lead daily operations across supplements, beauty devices, and dropshipping. You’ll manage fulfillment, customer service, media buying, and new product launches — driving efficiency, profitability, and growth.
This is a full-time, remote role with a clear growth path to COO.
You’re a Fit If You Have:
✅ 5+ years of experience managing operations for eCommerce/DTC brands ($10M–$30M+ revenue).
✅ Hands-on experience with Shopify and dropshipping.
✅ Strong background in consumer products (supplements, skincare, or similar).
✅ Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and remote teams.
✅ Expertise in 3PL, inventory, and supply chain optimization.
✅ Data-driven mindset: KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✅ You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee operations for multiple product categories (supplements, skincare devices, serums, etc.).
* Launch and manage multiple new dropshipping products weekly.
* Own P&L, manage budgets, track profitability, and optimize costs.
* Scale customer service and maintain top CSAT (4.5+).
* Recruit, manage, and mentor remote teams (media buyers, VAs, CS reps).
* Drive supply chain optimization, vendor negotiations, and cost reduction.
* Report weekly on KPIs (sales, ROI, defects, fulfillment, margins).
