Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities

* Provide administrative duties, including managing schedules, coordinating viewings, and handling correspondence.
* Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as required.
* Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.
* Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Requirements

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person Monday and Wednesday 9-3pm, working as a letting agent is a very diverse role. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A CAR and willing to attend viewings and inspections.

Expected hours: 12 per week
